It is hard to think of Guatemalan coffee without thinking of the Huehuetenango region. Known for producing quality coffee with crisp acidity reminiscent of lemon, grape, and apple and a balance of toffee and sweet nuts. This is a washed selection that comes from various smallholder producers in the Huehuetenango region and is grown between 1600 – 1800 meters above sea level. This selection has been roasted to the lighter side of medium and offers notes of toffee, nuttiness, and citrus.
